By downloading, installing or using Swapset, you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the app.

The service

Swapset helps you track collectable sets you own, with an optional paid tier for cloud backup and a social layer to compare and swap spares with friends. It is provided as-is, and features may change, be added or be removed over time.

Your account and data

You're responsible for keeping your device and, if you subscribe, your account secure. We make reasonable efforts to keep your data safe, but we can't guarantee against loss — whether from a technical failure, a lost or reset device, or something else. Back up anything you can't afford to lose. See the Privacy Policy for what we store and how.

No warranty, limited liability

The app is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, loss of access, or other damages arising from your use of the app, including where a subscriber's collections or photos are lost or become unavailable.

Fair use

Don't use the app to harass, impersonate or abuse other users, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend or clear an account — including its stored collections, photos and directory entry — at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe it's being used in a way that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed and managed through the App Store or Google Play, and follow their standard renewal, cancellation and refund terms. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund past periods.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the updated version will be published at this same address with a new "last updated" date above.
